ich habe von meinem wallet bitcoins an mein konto bei valhalla überwiesen
die transaktion wurde erfolgreich ausgeführt

als ich mich bei valhalla anmelde, sehe ich dort ein leeres konto ...
zero bitcoins....
und wie üblich hat inzwischen meine kontonummer bei valhalla geändert

eine anfrage beim valhalla support führt zu keiner antwort...   na wunderbar...
wenn ich die transaktion bei der blockchain nachschaue...
ist alles wunderbar aufgeführt ...

Prinzipiell kannst du wohl wenig bis nichts tun und hoffen, dass du eine Antwort vom Support bekommst.
