Simple question, does cryptopia turning to scam ? Everyone is missing deposits, support is non-existent. No word from support on any public platform about the massive amount of people missing funds for months. Honestly, it's feeling like Cryptopia went from decent to a complete scam overnight.

It's a common problem in exchanges and this is not only happening in cryptopia. It's too soon to conclude that it is a scam.

Upon checking, They are already aware of this problem

Happy Friday everyone! We are aware of the delays affecting our withdrawals and deposits recently. Please see our latest news post for an update on these delays: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/News

does cryptopia turning to scam ?
No one knows if they are (I believe not unless proven), but what's sure is that there are lots of pending issues. Your problem of 0 amount deposit seems to be unusual. If you don't know yet, as of the moment Eth wallet is in Maintenance status and it is noted that they are investigating about the deposit issues. Check here, Ethereum> Wallet Status> Click i for info.

@Lafu, is actively updating in their Main Thread, though ofcourse, he is not going to answer any of the support issues there.

Just to give my 2c worth, I've used Cryptopia a little bit to buy Electroneum with LTC a few times.
Whilst it was a little slow in places, I never had an issue acquiring my coins (eventually).

It's probably a bug with their deposit system. Nothing major. I think that you may have deposited through a smart contract which isn't supported by automatic deposits yet. If you didn't then it's just a bug as I've said, you'll have to wait for support.

Cryptopia has indeed become one of the worst exchanges to use over the past few months.

The problem isn't actually deposits but withdrawals. But yes, support is non existent so far.

I do hope that your problem gets resolved fairly quickly. But sometimes there is an element of luck involved. Could take weeks.
