im looking to get some work done to a script i have
and i wonder if anyone wants or has the time today to complete
some work, i don't have much BTC at the moment but i can pay for your

You're being kinda vague.

How big is the project? Does it involve MySQL (or any database)?
Is it a website or a simple script?
What is the project, exactly?
Do you have anything written yet? Is there a reason it has to be PHP?
How much are you willing to pay?
