I am not surprised at all, unfortunately. This is probably just the tip of the iceberg of who knows how many other criminal acts happen secretly, all orchestrated by governments. The reason? I read somewhere that according to the Illuminati the world is overpopulated and should be reduced to 500 million people only. Wrong. Much of the "stuff" that is sprayed is coal ash, of which there are mountains at the coal fired power plants... free for the taking.
