Cryptopia slow processing of withdrawal of BITCORE

Yesterday (17/02/2018 1:56:00 PM), I withdraw 542 Bitcore (BTX) from my Cryptopia Account to my Bitcore Desktop Wallet address.
Im expecting that it will arrive immediately so that i can catch up to it's 6% weekly airdrop! But still there's no TXID and the current status is "processing" (sorry for my bad english btw).
Can you help me figure out why is this happening? Seriously, it's almost 24 hours. Why they keep holding the funds of the traders?

Finally, i already received my withdrawal. Hope I'm qualified for weekly airdrop, or else Cryptopia hold my coins for their benefit..

cryptopia sometime delays the withdrawal process of many coins .
