Actually companies testing Ripple blockchain is nothing new. Many banks and financial institutions around the world are doing that. For example, Govt. and private banks in India are also testing Ripple blockchain. Although that's another thing that they don't like cryptocurrencies at all. Now we will have to wait and watch that how does Western Union adopt the Ripple. If it's just the adoption of Ripple blockchain, then no big deal, bu if they use Rippple for transfers, then you can surely see a big and quick price increase in Ripple prices in the coming months.

if it is true that ripple will evolve as a withdrawal option with original usd money or local currency of a country. and it will continue to make the demand grow.

Smart move by them I think.
When i thought of Stellar and Ripple, I always thought this could replace and put Western Union out of business overnight.
I guess they thought the same thing and decided to partner up rather than being decimated by the competition...

It's surprising that Ripple is only up less than 1% since yesterday, I would have expected news like this to spike it at least 10%. I guess Ripple is failing to acquire the number of partners they had everyone believe, it may not rise back up to ~$3 each as around Christmas.

Another troll,western union isnt doing any testing morelikely this is just another FUD to hype the dying XRP's market.XRP is a centralized shitcoins by the bankers so most of the investors know what could happen when they stick their money to this coin,they will lose a lot of money in an instant when these people manipulate its price,XRP is being backuped by the central bank that is why i wont be supporting this coin. |

How does a rumour confirms it? people like you who are spreading unrelevant news are surely got trapped to this coin.People have changed a lot because most of them are doing research now,not unlike to the previous FUDs of ripple which is the coinbase listing FUD that burned a lot of money of these investors,do not shill a coin for your own benefits. |
