I don't get why people are so pessimistic, are you shorting bitcoin? I do not get the point of it at all. I feel like it has been not that much of a great thing for years now, and for some reason people are still doing it all that much, feels like its not really that much of a problem on the long run. I think its quite obvious that we are going to end up with a situation that would be indecent and should be considered as something that would be possible to happen. Bitcoin is not going down that much, its going to go up, I feel like even 100k+ is more likely than 10k, and  there are even worse choices there. When it comes to future prices then there's no way on know on what would really be the exact numbers and since this is really that a speculative market then it would really be just that so normal that you would really
having those optimistic kind of price approach and speculations on which i dont really see something wrong with it. We are all free on what would be the price predictions that we do have in mind on which it would really be just that normal that it could be wrong or it could be right, no one really knows. It would really be entirely be depending on the market demand and other some sentiments which would really be affecting in overall

It is good to revisit this thread on 2025, since it is too early to  see whether the speculation on those early years because we are only in the 4th quarter of 2023.  We have more than a full year ahead to see if some of the bullish specualtion on that year will happen.  Just like this reply:

I think it's going to be like 6-7x, so most likely it will be around $150-$180k. Nevertheless I would say that 6 digits will be the norm in the next bull run. Of course this is just a prediction on my end, but who knows, if this happen then it could be a massive profits for anyone of us.

Not sure what you meant by second wave, but there are speculations that we will have like 2 bull cycles that never happen. So with that, I don't even think of someone like Elon Musk to affect the market. It will be just the retail investors and then institutional money flowing in the ecosystem next bull run.

2025 will be a few years away. If even Elon is selling bitcoins, that says nothing. There will be new rises and falls in a few years when there will be opportunities to buy more. There will be a halving next year that will definitely affect the price. If the price was 70k last cycle, 100k next cycle looks realistic.

Wow. I read the comments on the first page and there was a general pessimism except for the idea of buying a house by the beach. I think these responses are the result of people's skeptical approach when a new entity emerges. However, the Bitcoin philosophy is not fully grasped and the snowball effect it will create is not taken into account. It is really fascinating how Bitcoin become what it is today I mean just take a look at this post we did not really know in the past year that Bitcoin is going be able to reach this market price at all, Maybe we really just have a very low expectation on it, just looking at this post its not even 2025 and we already surpass 10k$ a long time ago, I mean just looking at the development and adaptation of the Bitcoin around the globe it is for sure adapted very well even in my country, banks are even starting to support cryptocurrency to the point where it is already on their platform. Just looking at this adaptation for sure it is going to be big the next bull run and the market price is going to be big.

Now looking at this point, I'm thinking that the market price in the next bull run will probably be around 100k$ - 150k$, But now maybe I have a low expectation maybe it is even possible for the market price to skyrocket up to a million dollars soon. The potential of this cryptocurrency is just through the roof already so for sure it is going to be big in the coming years if it continues what it is doing unless something happens.

I'm more optimistic about $90k than $100k, the market will most likely start crashing again once it reaches around $90k to $95k. At that point, if whales can do something and push the price a bit forward, we might, for the first time, see Bitcoin having a six-digit valuation which will surely be a very big achievement for Bitcoin and blockchain technology since people didn't believe in it initially and they said it's useless and it's a bubble and much more.

The topic was done 10 years ago now, and the gap is very large from 2013 to 2023. And today's market price for a bitcoin is nearly 25,000 dollars. Well, that's normal because the thread was posted in 2013, and many people back in time didn't know the potential of BTC yet, but right now, lots of us are only optimistic and we expect that Bitcoin will reach $100k in the upcoming bull run.

Bitcoin experiences to have a problem sometimes but only the weak people will worry and possibly quit, while veterans and experienced people know that BTC can always solve it's existing issues.
