Hello all!

Just learned about bitcoins and started mining today, found a lot of useful information here in the forums so I decided to register and make this my permanent home for all things bitcoin!

If anyone can give advice on the best, fastest and most reliable ways to mine/earn bitcoin, please feel free to respond here and let me know as I am very eager to begin earning since I know I've jumped on the bandwagon a little late...

I'm happy to meet you all and I look forward to a hopefully prosperous future for all of us!

Welcome to the Bitcoin universe and specifically our forum! I hope you enjoy your time here  Grin

If you want to start earning bitcoins, you could try to use faucets (although they pay very little), mining (although it requires a lot of upfront investment and does not really have a good return) or some other sites which pay you for your activities (e.g CoinChat).

I wouldn't recommend faucets, they create so many small transactions that when you go to spend them, it takes a huge fee to spend.

I would recommend buying also, not mining, as mining now a days is getting very very difficult to even break even.

Hello! Thank you for your informative reply, I will definitely look into these. I have seen CoinChat mentioned in one or two other places with varying opinions, have you used it personally...?

Hi! Thank you all for the warm welcome!

I wouldn't recommend faucets, they create so many small transactions that when you go to spend them, it takes a huge fee to spend.

I would recommend buying also, not mining, as mining now a days is getting very very difficult to even break even.

Interesting, thanks for the info!
