for a first timer, it is the best option. and you will be set up for when you want to buy more

or you an register on an exchange, like coinbase, tie your bank account to them, wait a week for it to go through, and then after 30 days your transfers are instant.

ah well, if I had of seen this earlier today. but it was just a little bit I had sitting in that paypal for a few months and did not bother to transfer it as it was so small.
