GTA V Atomic Blimp special preorder Xbox Live code

So I bought grand theft auto 5, it comes with an Xbox live code to get access to the atomic blimp, only came with preorders and a few lucky people who got day one or two games.

I don't use Xbox live, so ill sell my code.  Anyone want it?  Make offer.

Does that work on PS3 also?
I thought it just was a code and not system bound.
