Need help to report pramila28

Hi mates!

The user, pramila28 is constantly promoting scams here. and for some fucking reason, she puts negative trust on me

How can I approach an admin to deal with this?

Admin - Please take action on him - he had sent me 3 to 4 message

Mind your business -- don't annoy users here -- I am promoting owners site since they don't have time share post..
