BTC to PM is simple but I am wondering how will you gonna use escrow for webmoney to PM transactions. If escrow will hold WM funds Merchant fees will be double.
Or sender needs to use webmoney's inbuilt Protection code/time limit feature as escrow.

Like I said, U have to pay for the merchant fees and the escrow fees. I myself do not charge u those fees.
