Yeah, Get a domain, hosting, then Use OSCommerse. You'll want to modify it to say BTC instead of USD.

I've been thinking of doing a complete overhaul on the Bitcoin Bazaar site that I set up and then almost immediately let fall by the wayside. Were you just looking to sell a few select items, or do you want to set up a permanent shop?

 No, no way for that. Bitcoin was not created to be a medium of exchange (irony).
 Take a look on https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Trade - there are lot of people who did this impossible.

I'd consider contacting the guys from bitcoinworldmarket.com - they apparently work as a proxy for other merchants and vendors. They could sell your products in their store, take care of all customer communication and return handling, plus you don't need to worry about advertising your site. You can even chose if you'd like to be paid in BTC or USD.
