Coinhive is the most popular option. I'm sure there are others, but they're much more obscure and potentially unsafe. You may as well go with the most "trusted", and I use that term loosely, option.

You can't. Just be honest that you're mining, and some may appreciate the honesty and let you borrow their processing power. You're much more likely to face script blockers if you try to hide it in my opinion.
