It should always be cheaper to build your own than to pay for the website of someone else, in order to build you own casino you only need a script and a server and that is it if you are building a small site, but when you are buying a site you are also paying for all the traffic the site gets and also for the brand recognition and this makes any purchase more expensive.

I think no matter how an auction website goes down in value, it will still be more expensive than building from scratch. apart from the fact that building a new website is time consuming i think its still better than buying an expensive existing one.
