anyone ever get hit with the "OPPS SORRY CHAIN SPLIT!" from a pool?

I new coin came out, and my and other people jumped on block 3...we mining and getting coins, I go take a shit in the bathroom come back all my coins are gone

pool operator was like opps chain split and everyone lost all their coins

I think the pool robbed me, I have no proof, but OPPS CHAIN SPLIT doesnt seem good for a coin thats suppose to hold millions of dollars in transactions

I have seen it alot where they say there was a fork and people lost coins...
