I can see your concerns, and i can assure you that in my campaigns only the hard and reall work is getting paid. If you have any issue please do mention it ill try my best to solve it. As for as other concern i have made a reply in your other post.

So, I was looking around the board and saw this thread.
Irfan, please put some portuguese translator to work in your campaigns, there's some old ones there like @neolinkhati, @raxitto, @continuous, etc and some fresh meat that would like to translate some big projects that you manage.. there's at least 5 campaigns with "Omega" as the portuguese translator however there's even an bitcointalk profile link on their nickname on the spreadsheets.. It's an e-mail that looks something french.. that's a bit weird however his stakes/eth address are clean so clearly you aren't cheating..
I just have no idea on what "Omega" is doing on your spreadsheets all this time.
Actually, i have a list of the permanent and backup translators. Also, have a telegram channel where I usually contact them when a campaign starts. So I first hire a permanent translator, and If they fail I go for backups. So i mean to say that I have these people fixed.
But if you think his translation has some issues, Or I'll hire someone else to go through his translation. And If there is any issue will ban him
