Btc-SPot-e price is already 10% lower than mtgox rate.

Such trade is risky for the seller as well as buyer. One money gets deposited in a bank account it cannot be recalled. Same thing with bitcoin, once it leaves the wallet it cannot be called back. Both the seller and buyer should be genuine. Who knows what the other is thinking?

FYI, That is the reason people are advised to use escrow.
