2. masternode genkey
3. masternode outputs
to register master node.conf and bugo.conf following the example of any similar coins, if there is interest I will describe in more detail.

Windows master node consumes about 50 MB of RAM and 2% of processor time, on one server I have 6 master nodes running quietly
