First of all we should ask ourselves if after the harsh performance of the market in this year it is still worth holding cryptos in the long term!

But in my personal case I am trying to focus on very few currencies to be well updated of their news, because when you gather a lot of cryptos you usually lose control of your investments.

At this moment I am focusing mainly on bitcoin, with 40% of my holdings. Ethereum 30%, DeepOnion 20%, and the rest in several cryptocurrencies that I find interesting, such as Gbytes and Bitcoin Atom.

Hi,
I created this topic to probe: What coin do you HOLD in 2018?
HOLD from early 2018 to end of 2018.
I HOLD: BTG, ETH and BNB (Each coin about 3k USD), i hope it will be up to 9k each coin ^^
I hold those coins, too. But I also believe in the Ripple. It will definitely cost at least$ 10 this year. I'm definitely not selling it cheaper.

I keep only altcoins I do not have bitcoin or ethereum, because it seems to me that these projects are now highly risky, but maybe in the very near future these projects will have a very, very good future.

I will hold ETH and EOS from now to the end of 2018, they are more than 30% of all my investment. I think these two projects are very solid and reliable, more good news will come.

I HOLD: BTG, ETH and BNB (Each coin about 3k USD), i hope it will be up to 9k each coin ^^
According to market research and experience, in 2018 I will continue to keep 2 coins as BTC and ETH. I firmly believe that with this momentum I will continue to profit from my pennies.

Aside from Bitcoin and Ethereum that I am holding right now, I am thinking of holding EOS because I know that it will be a good coin in the future. I believe that EOS's price will increase in a long term because of its fast transaction speed. I am thinking of hodling XLM, LTC and NEO for long term too.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.
I was asking myself what to do when cryptocurrency goes down and found out that the most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

They are on exchanges right now, you can check their website: https://ethermeta.com/
Or even better go through their Bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2659058.0

For all the technical people out here einsteinium may seem like it surprisingly unique Cryptocurrency to be mentioned the top hundred cryptocurrencies currencies this platform is for scientific research which supports Internet technology development and education it is available for mining unlike the other coins and it is cheap on cloud search storage all these factors along with the need for scientific research I'm sure it's success.

I just hold some strong fundamental coins like ETH, DASH, XLM, NANO, NEO. But i hold only 50% of them and others 50% i trade it by swing trading to make more profit. I believe these all coins still able to going up multiple times.

I simply could not not include the Etherium in this list, given the fact that this is a promising crypto currency, as well as Ripple and the Chinese crypto currency NEO.

Actually I must admit that I am not too enthusiastic about the excessive proliferation of altcoins that is observed today, so I think that over time we will see a loss of credibility in many projects that today look like "the next great thing" but in reality they are only repetitive projects that do not contribute too much to the ecosystem.

Therefore I will continue investing in very few reliable cryptos: bitcoin, ethereum and only 10% of my capital I will invest in some altcoins to trade and increase my bitcoins and ethers.
