There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Стандартно покупаю технику в М-видео, DNS.Сравнивайте цены на конкретную модель.  Ноутбук с алиэспресс побоялась бы заказывать. Мне дважды привозили измятые коробки со сломанным содержимым. Только одно дело ,если это детская игрушка,а другое ноут. К кому претензии?

Такие покупки лучше всего делать на официальных сайтах и желательно без предоплаты. Тогда можно надеяться на то, что никто тебя не обманет при покупке.
