Many exemple of their incompetence for exemple the XCP Fork was TOTALY A FAKE and many others fake news like this all along
i guess they are trying to manipulate the market for their own profit by organizing fake pump on some coins

Well for me I don't think coinmarketcal is a scam because it's really been helpful too me since was I started crypto until now. Yes that's true sometimes there are events that suddenly missing that's why I am adding some resources like twitter and reddit so I can be so sure.

This site is called as decentralized but you always need to check the information yourself, because lots of people come together and manipulate the site maybe, but I don't think this affect people much.

You should never believe in one information source in the first place since crypto world is very harsh and you should never believe the information you saw online unless it is confirmed by many sources. Personnally I think Coinmarketcal is legit since it is a Evidence-based & Community-driven website so every people only can contribute to this website like you and me. It is like twitter since everybody can tweets about fake news.

I dont know if they are really scammers, but I think coinmarketcap is the better site to grab your details and information for a coin. I am using coinmarketcap for years now and I am still happy with it!
