I won't spoil anything so you all actually watch it, but the scoop involves Barry Silbert and some Chinese BTC miners meeting in some conference in HK, prolly setting a good, solid road map for ETC.

And I didn't know Jeff Garzik's Metronome ICO was gonna be on ETC on the last week of Feb...  Cool, that could help get the price up apart from Callisto.

I have no doubt ETC will go up in price as it seems fairly undervalued at the moment. However, a total flippening with ETH? I just can't see that happening. Would require a lot more than just a good roadmap. Going to need a lot of people to invest a lot of money as well.

^  True, but long term and granting that ETH will really switch to POS?  There's some probability that it could happen.  And keep in mind that VB could push thru with another unpopular decison to hard fork again to unlock the locked Parity funds...?  

I don't know the whole story there tho.  Will get back to it after learning more...

Flippening seems too much but yea, with upcoming fork, expect ETC to go beyond $60 or so.

Not 'too much' if ETH starts crashing and ETC starts zooming. 

And this is crypto, anything's possible.  I used to not believe that, but after seeing BTC rise to 20K BTC, I'm like 'anything's possible!'...

Watch ETC...  Or buy if you want.

English isn't my language - so just to be clear, did i get it right,

1 - That they talked about PoS would nuke the Devs of ETH themselves ?
2 - That the release of a Bitmain ASIC for Ethash, farming ETH untill Casper and ETC afterwards, could pump ETC price in the long term ?

^  It's already a known fact that Ethereum will make the switch to POS.

There's reason to believe that Bitmain may have long term plans for Ethereum Classic mining, not Ethereum.  And you know what they say 'price always follows hash rate'.

If true ETC can come close to ETH. lets say 40% of ETH price would be nice return for most investors. I don't see how it can flip the table but as you said anything is possible.

This is all good information to be aware of and thanks for the link to the video. That being said, I don't think there will be a flippening happening anytime in the near future between ETH and ETC.

It would take A LOT more than speculatory news. But if all the ETH miners get on board once ETH goes POS, who knows... I suppose anything is possible.
