As a hobby miner (3 gpu's) i have been following this thread for a while, and really wanted to use it. I finally got my AM premium this weekend so i am able to use this program.

Very happy i did, thanks for this amazing program. Still need a lot to learn about adding coins and spotting wrong info, but im getting the hang of it.

• Cleaned up code, de-duplicated things, hopefully made it overall more stable

I am doing this because I have finally landed myself what looks to be a very promising and busy new day job and will probably not even have enough time to manage my miners let alone continue development of this program. Congratulations on the new job!  This is awesome, but... in this new version I'm getting an error that none of my coins can be found in any exchange.  Anybody else have this error?

Congratulations on the new job!  This is awesome, but... in this new version I'm getting an error that none of my coins can be found in any exchange.  Anybody else have this error?

Looks like it was a side effect of the code cleanup. I've uploaded a fixed version (still 1.0.0)

The server has committed a protocol violation. Section = ResponseHeader Detail = CR must be followed by LF

This error above is still happening in cryptopia, maybe it has exceeded the maximum requests of cryptopia. I'm with version 1.0

The problem is already identified, if I turn off the rule that AWCU releases for several hours and then activate it, the error disappears, with which my conclusion is that I reach the limit of daily limit to cryptopia. I raised the time from 8 to 12 minutes to see if I could hold the full day.

It would be very good on the part of the programmer if he believes it necessary, control that error that throws cryptopia when you reach your maximum daily and ignore it, because what it does is that it misses the information and causes a failure in AWCU that does not let you update the coins , that would be a breakthrough in this wonderful program.

I hope that with the caches and with the new functions of not looking at coins that is already in WTM, the number of requests will be reduced, but again I insist that the programmer should reproduce the fault in order to ignore it and not affect the other currencies or stop AWCU

I hope that my information will help you for further improvements.

This is a really program, but it has one easily fixable flaw....

for new coins that are not on an exchange, (only traded P2P/OTC) there's no way to specify price!

We should be able to specify the price in the config.json file. if a price is specified, then it's sent to the AM API.

any chance you could implement this, quickly?

I'm not sure the full extent of this yet but one thing this does effect is if you had that coin on the bottom ticker bar it will not show a value anymore.

Yikes! That's not cool.. totally unintended consequence..

My suggestion would to be re-add the coin under a slightly different tag and re-add it to the bottom :/

Yes, but remember the price only updates when you update the stats so it's almost pointless to have an added coin which doesn't update on your ticker...

I loved this updater so much (its really cool to be able to add coins so easily) that I modified my product to be compatible with it.

Side note: API must be configured to port 17790...

This is a REALLY dumb question, I know it. But does anyone have a COMPLETE config.json with all the data already in it for all the coins, they can post. Or is the updater supposed to update the config.json file? Im brand new at this, and my config.json file is not updating. ALL of the block explorers are not updating.
