Hi fellow miners.

We are a company from Riga, Latvia building custom mining containers - Mobile Mining Units.

Currently we put our focus on 2 container models:
ASIC-184 - for Antminer S9 and other similar miners (22499EUR + options)
GPU104 - for GPU 4U racks (19999EUR + options)

Every container is custom made - if you have a specific need, we can most likely integrate it.

More detailed information about ASIC-184 unit can be found in our .pdf brochure and our YouTube channel.

Manufacturing time: 4-6 weeks.
Shipping - we arrange the shipping to the closest sea port you have.

Hello everyone!

We are a company from Riga, Latvia building custom mining containers. An example below:

Recently we participated in TechChill conference, video from event here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ_bQJM5liM

Price for custom built container is 20-30k EUR depending on configuration. In each case we would build it according to client needs and based on mining hardware that would be placed there. Build time: 3-4 weeks.

If anyone is interested, please write to info@powerminingfarm.com
Thanks!

From moment order is made, the delivery time that we promise is 2 months.
Container manufacturing time is usually around a month for us but it depends on the configuration of the container and where it has to be delivered.

About shelving -
The container is 6M long, shelves as shown in the reference picture are 50cm wide, the height is 2,6m.
Will calculate the share shelving sqft for this example and let you know.

As each container is completely custom made on the inside so there are some differences in the shelving depending on the miners that are going to be living there (ASICs / GPU rigs).

Good point.

For the miner as seen in the demo container pictures, the capacity is up to 120KW therefore around 80 Antminer S9s can be stored there.

For miner which is capable of holding up to 150 Antminer S9s, we are using a bit different technology. Wink

Can you relate? Haven't heard of a container that can hold 400 S9s.

80 S9 with PSU plus your "container" = rough cost of $150,000.00 USD before running the power grid to  the unit. At $4.50 per day per S9 it will take me 15-16 months to break even. Maybe I'm missing something? How is this a good idea?

Miners  (ASIC / GPUs for the GPU rigs) will always go obsolete at some point but you always get to keep the container which with some minor changes can be always converted for new generation of miners.
Also there is a chance that already there is a GPU / ASIC farm established but you have to move it somewhere else (possibly continuously)/ chase the cheapest possible electricity or just need the space to host them.

To mine or not to mine is the question that everyone has to evaluate individually.

If you see this data sheet then you can see that the most simple one in their offer can hold up to 100 S9s @ 20 000 USD which is a similar deal that we are offering.
Also besides of that they still seems to not have developed a prototype / working unit. We have manufactured multiple containers already and they are currently in use and hosting miners.

New videos in our YouTube channel about GPU104 and ASIC184 containers.

If necessary, we can manufacture 40ft containers (roughly double the size, double the price) Wink

It looks like the unit will suck rain right through the intakes onto the server intakes. How is this avoided?

We are using the same type of louvre type grills that are used in commercial building ventilation systems, therefore water from rain doesn't get in.

Here you can see the side ventilation grills cross section - should make everything clear.

But question is spot on, thanks!  Wink
