Still didn't get coins after more than 1 day

my bitcoin shows 127372 blocks, 8 connections, and the coins was sent on 2011-07-16 07:33:15

Connection problem? or bitcoin still trying to synching with the network?

So if my client's block number is not as big than this, that could mean the client is still not up to date yet?

Correct, I show the current clock count at 136838.
