Please format the accusation in the suggested way.
Do you have the betid/links you are referring to ? If you had opened several accounts, why did they let you deposit the money in the first place ? Please post your accusation in their main thread too https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.0

2.5 BTC isn't a small amount to "lock" and ban the account.

It's got a history of doing that, cloudbet.

And in their terms and conditions they've definitely got clauses saying that they are able to lock your account and retain your deposit and whatever if they even "suspect" you of multi-accounting. And it's hard for you to prove them wrong if they do "suspect" you.

Sometimes I just feel like if you are going to shut accounts down anyways because you pretty much know that people are going to abuse your bonuses, why not just not have bonuses in the first place?

Anyways, you will need to talk to cloudbet... I think that their support tickets actually work fairly quickly when I last used them(in 2017). Be prepared to make sacrifices like foregoing your winnings or whatnot, though. I would avoid using cloudbet in general, specifically if you may be connected to someone else via IP, or you're planning on claiming a bonus.

Local civil and criminal laws always stand above private terms and conditions. To confiscate your account balance based on a suspicion has no legal basis and they need to show the proof.

Shady casinos act like this, because 99,9% of the players are not willing to spend something to enforce their claim. It is +EV for the shady casinos.

Yes agreed. Which is why I never play on casinos who even offer bonuses now because I know they are going to make up for this bonus by something else. Or they're going to make it almost impossible for you to take advantage of the bonus. It's just too much hassle to deal with.

The burden of proof is on them if they want to confiscate your account balance. They need to prove with 100% certainty that you were cheating, not the other way around. Otherwise, don't bother having promos in the first place.

It'll be nice for OP to post an update on what's happened. But i still stand by avoiding cloudbet. No forum support at all, admin isn't directly involved with support the same way PD or Bitsler admins are, quite shady terms and conditions and is registered overseas where it's harder to start a legal case against.
