Yes.. when it is around 1$... this would be nice, but with this huge supply, i don't think we see 1$ in the next years. Of course, I can be wrong and would be very happy about it.

I also will support the voice raised for lowering the supply. In its current state of nature it is like an attempt to double the total supply of Doge though both are on different protocols and chains. Being direct fork of Doge it can be cause of hyperinflation. There should be flexibility in specifications keeping concerns in consideration.

Dogethereum (DOGX), which shares its name with the Rinkeby project known as Dogethereum Bridge, is looking to branch off from the Dogecoin chain in fall. This would constitute Dogecoin’s first ever hard fork.
