But it is not US based account might not be able to help with your specific tasks.
Be careful this looks like a scam and smells fishy. Don't let yourself involve into money laundering and don't be deceived with big portion (50%). This is almost the same offer like this one

People themselves decide what to do, there are a lot of people with paypal accounts for drops, I do not ask to send bitcoins before all the money from paypal is withdrawn and cashed, I do not ask for passwords to accounts and so on. I also sayed that a dispute will be opened, it means that the funds are not legal.
