I have had an FJ account for 5 months and have deposited, withdrawn, won, and loss without any problems in the past. I deposited the other day and won with my own money and was told I had several accounts and to explained the reason. I live in a dormitory with over 300 people and we all share 3 computers in a computer room which all type of activities are done. I had no problems with playing and getting paid in the past. But now it seems to be a problem getting paid especially when I used no bonus but my own money. They are insisting on even stealing all my deposits.

If you claimed no bonuses or any promotions, then I don't see a reason for holding your funds and saying that you can't withdraw even if you do have multiple accounts. Because they are still in the +ve and you're in the -ve expected value, and they should be happy that you have opened multiple accounts and gambled more because it means further profits for them in the long run. But if you've opened multiple accounts or have multiple IDs on the same IP/computer, and anyone in your dorm has claimed the bonus, not just you, then it's a different subject. Still, I think you should at the very least be refunded your deposit, even if that means that your profits are taken away.

It can be the main reason why his account is blocked but how do we know that his story is real about his living in a dormitory with 300 people? I do not mean to accuse him but anyone can say the same thing to defend themselves. It is clear on FJ's terms, multi accounts is prohibited and FJ reserve the right to block the accounts. I'm sure most casinos will do the same thing in similar case.

Just me thinking that he should get a refund, doesn't mean that he'll actually get a refund from FJ. According to FJ's terms and conditions: We reserve the right to block or terminate all your betting accounts if you attempt to open more than one account.
FJ will probably act on their terms and conditions that covers the fact that a user cannot have more than 1 account per person/IP. OP is probably in direct violation of this rule and since FJ has that in their terms and conditions, or at least FJ is suspecting that to be the case.

If there was no bonus involved then they should pay the OP their winnings. But to keep their deposits is alright thievery. What's to stop this casino was doing this to anyone they choose and steal everything from them?

Why don't you open a scam accusation on them and post some screenshots so people can actually tell if you're telling the truth or making this up? That's the only way to prove what you're saying is true, so if you don't have it then you're at the mercy of fortune jack to act honestly.

Where do you think this topic were posted in ? That is just an article explaining OP's problem and concern with FortuneJack, I don't think it's gonna affect FortuneJack in any way, they are big enough to not get taken down by an article alone. @OP Please use this format in addition of your story, it's the rules for this sub-forum What happened::
Scammers Profile Link:
Reference Link: Amount Scammed: Payment Method: Proof of Payment: PM/Chat Logs: Additional Notes:
Also, are you able to prove that you're living in a dorm and the PC in your Computer Room were used to access FortuneJack by other people with different ID ? I'm a little bit skeptical but, there has been many stories and excuses from people with multiple account, ranging from "It's my Office's PC" to "We share same PC with my Husband/Wife".

In other words, the terms of FJ has been broken and they have the right to block the accounts. It will be a tough case for op and Fj to solve and I'm also wondering how OP will prove all this out to make himself innocent. I hope the amount is not big enough and op can digest the consequences.

Yep, if no bonuses are involved then there is literally nothing for FortuneJack to lose by refunding these deposits... Yes, if someone from the dorm has claimed the bonus but Op did not, it's still the same thing. In other words, the terms of FJ has been broken and they have the right to block the accounts. Well, yeah. He will needs to prove that he indeed was using a public PC to do this and he had dormmates that also used FortuneJack. It'll be a tough story to tell to FortuneJack support especially if they do not have the direct power to act upon this case. I don't know how this can be resolved, it'll be all luck based honestly. FJ conditions are obviously in favor for themselves and not the users, and they do not tell you until your account actually gets blocked. Another reason not to gamble on public computers, and always skim through the terms.

FortuneJack is taking money from at least 8 people in just this one particular case that they have no intention of paying out if any of them win. Without rules that say they can't play from the same IP or computer they are misrepresenting what the player is being offered. To me that sounds like fraud. If they know they are not going to pay then they should not accept the deposit in the first place and since they have taken the money they should now make the customer whole again. Now if you extend that to include the many people all over the world that may be playing in a similar group situation you are looking at a LOT of money being paid into FortuneJack that will never be paid back out to these players. Talk about laughing all the way to the bank!

I just ran across another complaint of FJ stealing someone deposit who didn't take a bonus also.
MINDANDCHECK Czech Republic MESSAGE POSTED ON MARCH 12, 2018. Thank you for your reply.
To begin with, accusation for bonus abusing is a complete nonsense - I did not claim any bonus. Multi-accounting accusation is another nonsense - I do not understand a lot about IP addresses, however, what I know is in order for somebody to have the same IP address as mine it is necessary for that person to connect to my internet, which I am 100% sure did not happen. I did not understand the part where you wrote similarities between IP addresses as from what you showed, these are four different IP addresses. Only those 2 starting 31.6 look similar, however, they both differ in the amount of digits per your example, so again, I don’t even understand what you tried to show here. But I am sure nobody was using my IP address and I don’t know anybody who has fortunejack account, I don’t even know anybody who plays in casinos with cryptocurrency. So I believe you understand how all of your claims sound to me.
My email is < email removed > and my username is < username removed >. This is the same with fortunejack, askgamblers and most of other accounts I have. I cannot comment here anything else as this accusation sounds pretty funny to me.
Regarding Microgaming that was the only reason I signed up with fortunejack. I only play Microgaming games as I am most familiar with them and this provider appeals to me the most. I haven’t played Amatic games ever, unless I don’t remember which I highly doubt, I don’t even know what kind of games they have as I haven’t seen Amatic anywhere.
All this situation sounds both funny and shocking to me as I have never had such problems with any casino and if I hadn’t read about fortunejack in Askgamblers website I would have been totally sure that it is a scam casino. I deposited 21.5 Monero on 23rd of February, which was credited to my account only after 3 days. I do not know a casino which takes so long for a deposit to be credited. I was only told by the live chat that technical team would sort this out and I would be contacted by email. I was never contacted by email, I found out that my deposit has been credited after continious logging in to my account for 5 times a day probably. So this was a start where I understood that fortunejack is a red flag, so what I wanted to do was rollover my deposit as required by fortunejack and withdraw my money. I played blackjack, I did not win anything, I lost while wagering the deposit, and after the withdrawal I was told by the live chat that there are some problems and I will be contacted by some manager. Again this did not happen, I just found out that my account has been blocked while trying to log in. And now my 19 Monero (which is worth about 4400 euros today) is stuck there, and the only thing I heard from live chat was a list of complete lies and after that the chat was closed. And the things you wrote are absurd as well. To be honest I don’t understand what is happening here, it is either a huge misunderstanding or you are really trying not to pay me out by creating false accusations.
This casino seems to be making up excuses and stealing player's deposits as it sees fit.
