The key to masternodes is buying in early. This means huge initial risk while you are waiting. Add to that, you have many projects releasing that have masternodes for the sake of advertising to new investors. You need to be careful.

Of the coins out today, few are worth it but I would watch these coins closely as they have hinted at masternodes:

Engima

CPchain

OriginTrail

XSN will have one click masternodes as a service running soon. Also the article is not entirely accurate as a DEX is just one of the things XSN is doing and is more of a by-product of the tech they are building to be fair that allows them to easily create a DEX on their MN network. Cross chain interoperability is their endgame using the MN network to run all of the services

OriginTrail (TRAC) hasn't released their masternode requirements, though they will in the coming weeks. At around $0.20/token you could pick up 100k for $20k, which is far cheaper than most.

V's with the new 6k requirement is still quite expensive. 3 months ago you could load up bags. Not so much anymore.

OMG is supposed to have one but I don't know much about it.

ICX is supposed to offer this, just not sure when and what the amount is.

So many cowboy startups mentioned, some that might not even be here in a year

Go with something with at least some credibility like Walton or Vechain or as someone mentioned before stake with ARK and OVER 10% a year...

OMG is also a good choice, they will have staking in the future.
