You should select your signature campaign participants more wisely.

This participant claim that your other Bitcasino scam already has more than 100 Bitcoin fraudulent results!

Supposedly before you start playing you should see people review about their site, already more than 100 bitcoin they have fraudulent results of people.
There are still many good gambling sites, you can see reviews using google search engine if you know it.
You can contact them about your complaint but I am not sure you will get a good response or you will not get a response.

received also, thanks again, but i still think old prize system would have been more effective to bring out more competition. Remember many people was going to join ranking 2 from the beginning, but i know many of them already gave up because of reduced prizes.
