Hello, I am not new to mining... I have 2 H81 rigs with 5-6 RX580s set up and stable mining for months now.

However,  I recently started to help a friend set up a much larger rig, but have been wasting weeks of mining time and have over 20 GPUs sitting due to various issues.
We have 2 Asus B250s, 1 Asrock H110, and 1 Biostar TB350... about 20+ RX 580 8GBs, 1 GTX 1070, 3 GTX 1060s and 6 GTX 1080tis.  Only 11 Cards are currently running on one of the B250s with 3 Seasonic 850ws.

I wasn't able to get more than 1 GPU to be recognized by the TB350 before I tried to update the mobo Bios.... but after I tried to update the mobo bios i am getting a CMOS error... but this mobo will at least display and let me enter the bios.

On the H110 we had it running for less than an hour on claymore's dual miner, mining ETH only and now since changing to a single 1500W thermaltake PSU it will turn on... cpu fan spins but there is no display. I tried to disconnect the other GPUs and boot from a single 1080ti connected directly to the 16x PCEI and still no discplay...  I ordered a DVI to HDMI as maybe it only wants to display from the mobo or perhaps there is too much power being used from the first B250 running about 11 GPUs???

Why can't i get 13 cards up on a B250 when 11 are RX580s and 2 are GTX cards 1 1070 and 1 1060?

Please help, and thanks.
