I want to embed Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of a car into a smart contract so that the VIN can't be changed in the SC. This way I will be able to show ownership of the car. Also, I can transfer the SC over the blockchain to someone who has paid me, and he/she becomes the new owner by the fact of the VIN attached to his/her Bitcoin/altcoin address. Can this be done?

Cool
