Hello. I think the scammers don't have Whitepaper and don't have any MVP. If they launch bounty, they constantly postpone the releasing of bonuses. Their admins can PM you about special offerings if you send them your private keys. They don't have profiles of their employees on Linkedin, for example and their admins use the stolen photos, cause they don't want to reveal their real personality.

Yes, your description of scammers is rather extensive. If you don't want to face with scammers but want to invest in a sound project, I recommend you to check Cryptics. Very promising project. And they don't look like the guys in your description Grin
