1. I think you missed out the fact that bomber admitted he never ever check XRB balance until the very day he realize it is insolvent. It was said in his FAQ.
2. Also, never ever forget the fact that his shit exchange had triple deposits for ETH and LTC. Not sure if there are for other coins (no public user reports) but if ETH and LTC have them, high chance others coins gonna have triple deposits. Funny is how the hell he able to cover up triple deposits losses. The last I check bitgrail ETH wallet, it only has around 150 btc worth.
No one in the right mind will admit their own incompetency but from the above two cases, we can all see how he incompetent he is. Is a fact.
Then, don't forget the fact that despite his incompetency and negligible, he refuse to accept responsibility for the losses. Do you really know why he cannot admit all of that? By laws, he will be declared bankrupt and all his personal assets will be used to cover the losses. The law doesn't protect incompetency and negligible.
3. The bug at that time for Bittrex is sync issue, nothing more, nothing less.
It is not a fact that bomber dumped the Nano in procession, it is just a community assumptions, on the benefit of doubts that the losses shouldn't be that great. Also remember that fact that bomber once reported 25% Nano remains and then changed to 20%, there is really no reason to give him a benefit of doubt after that.

That isn't the point. The point is that it happened and if you do not know, it happened during the Nano's ATH. For all we know, people might be buying huge amount of Nano with money that came out of thin air and caused the ATH. At that point of time, all the transactions records are already fucked up. Even binance who has competent team couldn't revert all the transactions for the phishing hack, they even have to absorb some of the cost for legit transactions. For bitgrail case, is not even a hack, you can't revert it because the sellers are all legit and at that time, there is a 10000 ETH spike in the wallet (I only checked ETH balance) which means the system can potentially credit 30000 ETH. You think bomber is rich enough to pay up all the legit transactions? I highly doubt.
Furthermore, it also show his incompetency as a programmer. Triple crediting, that is some messed up programming over there boy. If he can mess up such a thing, the same can be said of his understanding of how Node function thus he is pushing the blame on the Node while not admitting his incapability to understand things. Of course, if he do admit that, it would means admitting own negligence and that would means bankruptcy which involve liquidating personal assets.
As for Bittrex, how would I know. You trying hard to imply something you too have no answer too. You are very shady.
