Hi i have 12 Rx 580 8GB can this motherboard support all of them because i was reading that i can only use 6 AMD and 6 Nvidia

Yes it will support 12x rx580 as long as you update windows to 1709 and use the latest amd driver.

yes, it can. use Linux if you understand about how Linux work. use windows 10 latest fall creator update 1709 if you only familiar with windows. if you mod your cards, use latest AMD driver for better hashrate.
