The Coin 2 is project who dates since 2014 and it was designed as

"a 'Gaming Coin' and it was intended in the use of Coin2's original games being developed right there"

as the early developers stated in the first announcement thread.



Unfortunately the lead dev is not among us anymore and along with this event the dust settled on this ambitious project.



To not be forgotten and the hard work previously devs put into this, be in vain, we have decided to give this project a new life,

 so now we are taking some baby steps right now but some of the new ideas will involve:



- Re-branding of C2

- Updating Ann Thread

- Gathering a new core team

- New Website

- Many other things

Coin2 is currently listed on CMC, Cryptopia and Yobit. The cost to get listed on Cryptopia can be as high as over 20 BTC (depending on DOT price) and if a coin hard forks, they have to pay new coin listing prices to get back on. We want to make some updates without hard-forking to a new coin and losing our Cryptopia listing.

Coin2 Float

You might be wondering what the actual float of Coin2 is at right now.


Well....


Coin2 has a chain that is four years old and we have been listed and delisted on several exchanges in the past.


- Poloniex (delisted)

- Bittrex (delisted)

- Nova (delisted)

- Bter  (delisted)


Plus other smaller exchanges that have long since closed.

Also, it is impossible to estimate how many coins that have been lost in forgotten wallets, hard drive wipes and broken computers.

In short, it is impossible for large amounts of coins not to have been lost over the years.... just hard to estimate how many

I calculated how many coin real supply. Thats near 40M. And this is great! I start buy more C2. And wallet stake perfect!
And wallet whit 13M coin don't sell the coins. So we have around 27M coin only.

It is impossible to know what the actual circulation/float is with a coin this old.

A decent amount has probably been lost over the years due to various reasons.

Nostalgia! The C2 chain is just over 4 years old now.


That means that C2 is like 50 years old in crypto years.


Seriously, we are going to get a much needed update done (it has been a couple of years) and then go on to bigger and better things.
