What about Coinvest? ICO going on..
The developer doesn't show the result.  i don't know why but i think coinvest should be at medium rank consider from its hype with more than 15k users in the telegram group. but it looks like open money was better because there are more than 45k users in the telegram group too.

The best ICO for March 2018 is probably Exaking.com

Exaking enables anyone in the world to trade crptocurrencies for free. Over 1000 coins available to trade.

Exaking is not like conventional exchanges and has no hidden fees of any kind. The way how money is generated is through Ads from ICO companies, crypto companies and blockchain projects. They have the opportunity to reach their paying target audience immediately.

You can read more on Exaking.com where you can find the Whitepaper

Has that huge amount of telegram group shows the interest of the people to join the project.
Its like the project will achieve their target in ico and will increase the price after ico finish when hit the market.

Guys, after carefully studying upcoming ICOs, I've got a list of ICOs for March that you could invest in:

1) Enkidu - https://enkidu.io/ - It's a platform for people who wish to collaborate with other people across the globe without going through the hassle of legal documents. They are actually making good use of blockchain technology. Their website, whitepaper, team, concept, advisory board, etc look good. It probably has a lot of potentials.

2) Kelta - https://kelta.com/ - It's a decentralized datacenter for scientific and abnormally large calculations. They wish to make computing power easily accessible. They use liquid cooling tech to boost efficiency. Seems cool.

3) Kripton - https://kriptonofafrica.com/ - It's a microloan platform for people who wish to start their business or anything. First ever crypto loan platform in Africa. Do check it out.

These are worth it.

I think you have missed one of the best Upcoming ICO is Cellblocks.  Which is start at April 1st.

https://cellblocks.io/

The CellBlocks Token is an ERC-20, standard-based, Ethereum token. Very strong and good project. Dont hesitate to review this whitepaper, I hope you will impressed after read the white peper.

If you are looking for a great 2018 ICO check out Marinecoin.  They are rewarding everyone with 20,000 MTC for completing assigned tasks from Jarvis, the artificial intelligence core of Marinecoin.  The system is Dev-less and 100% decentralized to insure a fair distribution system.  Miners and developers typically get the majority of the pie leaving everyone else to fight for the crumbs.  That is different with Marinecoin over 90% of total coin supply will be distributed to people like you and me. There are zero fees with MTC.  Time dilution technology insures equal chance for al  Investigate for yourself and decide  for yourself here  marineco.in/ico

Open money is a longest ICO I've ever seen. It is like half a year passed and thousand of users completing tasks on their platform and only now they announced about sold out pre-sale with huge investors. I don't like such projects without any transparency and clear ideas. Could you tell me in few words what is their main purpose?

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

They are on Pre-ICO stage right now, you can check their website: https://ethermeta.com/
Or even better go through their Bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2659058.0
