What you get on each post depends on what kind of post is it.

They have an algorithm to detect the post quality and positive or negative post.

I think they have explained in the algorithm or maybe in GitHub.

Eventually, these users go on posting negative reviews.

We are introducing proof of stake to not be able to mine until reached a limited stake for joining the mining.
