eBay has informed me that I have "violated the Digitally Delivered Goods policy" and has removed my listing for bitcoin stickers. You can see the same product being sold on Bitmit... https://www.bitmit.net/en/item/8102-10-bitcoin-logo-stickers-on-clear-vinylBecause stickers are neither bitcoins or a digitally delivered item I called eBay to inquire further. After having my call escalated, I am now waiting for a callback on this issue to know if I will be able to sell such an item on eBay.

Probably an overzealous worker-drone that saw the word "Bitcoin" and pulled the trigger, without looking into it any further.

Communist? You mean that eBay represents a nations production and wealth being controlled equally by its populace? People need to learn the difference between communism and totalitarianism. The two are often combined (that is, most states that claim to be communist (but really weren't) were also totalitarian), but are in fact completely orthogonal ideoligies.

After receiving a callback I was informed the issue was that the item was in the wrong category. I confirmed that sellers do NOT have the freedom to choose the category they sell in unless it is the "CORRECT" category. Therefore, instead of listing my item in Coins & Paper Money / Virtual Currency, I had to list my item in Home & Garden / Home Decor / Decals, Stickers & Vinyl Art

A private corporation's policies are communist? Words mean things. Free market, motherfucker. If eBay doesn't wish to expose themselves to the risk and scams associated with funbux-related auctions, that's their choice.

Yep, that's where I have mine and I've not had any issues yet.

You can give us feedback when you receive the answer from eBay. But what is the term that was violated there?

The two are often combined (that is, most states that claim to be communist (but really weren't) were also totalitarian), but are in fact completely orthogonal ideoligies. They are always combined in the real world because only by force people will share their wealth and skills with the poor and unskilled.

I'm a long time kiva user and everytime I've had to interact with them I put a request for them to accept Bitcoin (not many times I've had to interact with them mind you...), every time they tell me that paypal does all their processing for free and I need to contact paypal to ask them to accept Bitcoin, then I think in my mind fat chance of that ever happening until they have no choice. Then I'm left in a quandry, do I boycott the service ultimately hurting the people who need cash not kiva/paypal or do I just roll over and do what I can..... someone really needs to make a crypto version of kiva! And one that can offer some marginal return on value (1 to 3%) to offset potential lending losses, maybe even with the stipulation that the 1 to 3% must be relent, I'd accept that as it would stretch my donation to support more people.

The problem is they will probably never able to return it if they have to return the same bitcoins.

I think any listing that includes the word bitcoin is treated as a potential scam or breach of terms of conditions. I wanted to buy some though ebay but all of a sudden all listings were deleted lol
