The presentation reads "Currently we are working with legal and financial consultants on how to remain 100% legal basis in the future." A legal field can only be in a particular country. And I did not hear that in some country the crypto currency was officially allowed.

We are looking forward to announcing the dates for the ICO in the next week. We will be making a new ANN for that announcement however, and will be locking this one when what occurs.
