People do not use blockchain all. A month wait for 10 BTC, administrators blockchain zendesk silent or writing stupid excuses some with a request to clarify the details and more silent.

Yesterday some Mandrik replied to another ticket from another e-mail.

Piuk too silent in skype and PM.

Here on the forum a few topics that people do not get their btc, why forum admins can not put piuk to the wall and ask where our BTC. I no longer have the patience to wait for his 10 BTC and listen to stupid excuses, here's the correspondence:

"Double spend" because I waited about an hour until the transaction will be included in the block. I restored an old copy purse and turned over. I apologize. Finish by manually my transfer. Thanks.

first of all, it's blockchain.info - not blockchain.

second, I think you used a shared address twice, if that's the case: congratulations.

I'm on the one hand not one to talk, but I'd like to say i'm not surprised this isn't solved yet.

The communication simply was not clear, even from your side already and the changes in the support system aren't helping.
And however you should've already been able to see you made a mistake in which you hope they can help you out (sure as hell they aren't obliged to do that a single bit. and i don't want to call you a jackass) you're also behaviour is to say the least informal, i'd dare pitch even rude.

now you seem to be raging. on the one hand that makes sense (concerning it's about 10 BTC) but realise that YOU MADE THE MISTAKE.
So maybe they'd be more lenient to lend you support if;
 - you would have supplied detailed info quicker
 - you would have put more time in formulating your ticket replies, they might've been clearer to the opposite side (resulting in assisting you more easily if they understand what the hell you actually mean)
 - you would keep your cool and stay polite for you're still the one who originally made the fuck-up, to put it bluntly.

Dear if you read carefully what was there for five transactions and are not received on that day (~9,3 BTC), the next day I sent 2x 0,20 BTC there too. NO MONEY.

This question can be solved in one, two, three, ten days, but I'm waiting for a month and I hear stupid excuses.

The mistake already lies in that you used a single-use address multiple times. (Post #6 in this thread you also replied too even states that; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=278030.0 , the TS there seems to have made the exact same mistake.)
Now seeing the other thread in the newbie section about this has been solved succesfully, i dare bet they intend to help you out too.

I forgot to mention though, nevertheless whatever negativity i may have stated, the before-last message that you sent stating all the seperate payments is perfectly clear (at least to me. )
Also as far as i can see from the communication no real 'excuses' have been made yet, it appears to me they just haven't confirmed it surely enough yet and the revamp of the ticket system caused you having to re-open the ticket (The last thing probably being the most infuriating as it brings you all the way back to the ticket queue instead of the potential front).

I think the best shot you can make is to send a PM to Piuk referring to your ticket on the BlockChain.net site in hopes he will spot it and pick it up ASAP.
Please be patient even though it's already taken close to a month, surely take into account that within the ticket system your issue will appear "only" 8 days old as it was re-entered at the 12th, if Piuk didn't encounter the ticket yet he probably doesn't even know that this was going on (your specific case, i mean).

But in all cases, please check back here later and let us know wether things are resolved or not Smiley

piuk silent for ~15 days in skype and pm. piuk probably just ignored my message to skype and pm. How can I send a unique link to the ticket?

I understand that I made a mistake with double SPEND, but I've been waiting a month. nothing to do with sent the next day 0,20 X 2 = 0,40 BTC.

Sorry for my english, I do not speak English, but I think meaning is clear.

Request Blockchain.info = #11560, #11557, #11560

Onde a resposta foi seguinte para todos as requests:
Hello! Sorry for the current delays with the send share feature. The transaction will be processed to your intended destination account, even if it takes much longer than normal to happen. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but your funds are safe. There is just a heavy amount of volume right now, and this continues to cause delays with the mixer service. I just want to assure you that any funds sent through send share are secure with Blockchain.info. Thank you for your patience.

Kind Regards,
