i've been getting this error both yesterday and all day today. yet i'm not on a shared ip, or using a proxy (or made any posts for that matter)

and when i don't get that error it just times out

any help?

Sign-up counts as well, search maybe as well

sign up counts and in some cases i think refreshing the page counts. search counts to..... its a hard system to work out but after youve made 10 posts and been logged in for 5 hours it all goes away XD

You have to wait 360 seconds (or 6 mins) until your next post while you're logged in.
You can't just log out and comeback after a few minutes.
