YoBit ICO safe?

I got an email from YoBit team announcing a small ICO at their platform. Do you think this investment is safe due to the former investigation they were put at?

I will be investing a small amount into the Yobit ICO. I do not like this exchange that much but have a feeling that it may pop off on the first day it is tradable and i will sell quickly. Goodluck to all in 2018!

I personally think that one is spoilt for choice in terms of ICO and there are so many good ICOs out there. So I will not invest in some platform that I am not comfortable with.
