After much farting around it appears that Venezuela's latest attempt to make everyone poor could well be utilising the NEM blockchain as a base.

As a NEM fan I'm not sure how I feel about this, it is however a pretty damned incredible indicator of how far things have progressed.

Maybe this is an attempt to not make everybody poor i am yet to understand the Venezuelan President and what he stand for, i am hoping he used the Petro coins to uplift the country
