Working help will be tipped when i will be able to mine

Good morning,

i hope you can help me, i'm trying to add 3GPU to my mining config but i'm facing somme issue ...

my hardware:
POWER: 700 WATT BRONZE + 650 WATT
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G45 (UP to 3 Video card)
CPU: Intel Core I3 - 3220 @ 3.30GHZ
Memory: 16GO DDR3
Video card: 2x SAPPHIRE DUAL R9 280X 3GO DDR5 OC
2x MSI NVIDIA GFORCE GTX 1050TI 4GO OC
                 1X MSI RADEON RX580 8GO OC
hard disk: 300 GB WD Scorpio (probably a 5400 round) 2.5"

First config i have tried:

Rx 580 on PCIE 16X (Motherboard)
2x 1050 TI on PCIE 16x (Motberboard)
2x R9 280X on PCI 1x (with riser card 1x to 16x powered by sata) => https://www.amazon.fr/dadaptateur-Amplifi%C3%A9e-dextension-dalimentation-Adaptateur/dp/B073MK1QWP/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1519200146&sr=8-1&keywords=riser+1x+16x

700Watt was powering the mainboard (24 PIN + 2x 4 PIN CPU connector) and the two R9 280x (1x8 PIN + 1x6 PIN on each card).
This one was probably also powering the two 1050TI as they take power only from the PCI-E slots

650Watt was powering the RX580 (1x 8PIN), the two 1x-16x riser (6 pin on card > Sata on PSU) and the hard disk

Result: 2 cards detected (RX580 and 1 1050TI)
Mining: RX 580 => Was OK  1050Ti: where not detected by the miner

Second config i have tried:

removed temporarly the two R9 280x.
Rx 580 on PCIE 16X (Motherboard)
1x 1050 TI on PCIE 16x (Motberboard)
1x 1050 TI on on PCI 1x (with riser card 1x to 16x powered by sata) =>
https://www.amazon.fr/dadaptateur-Amplifi%C3%A9e-dextension-dalimentation-Adaptateur/dp/B073MK1QWP/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1519200146&sr=8-1&keywords=riser+1x+16x

700Watt was powering the mainboard (24 PIN + 2x 4 PIN CPU connector)
This one was probably also powering one 1050TI as they take power only from the PCI-E slots

650Watt was powering the RX580 (1x 8PIN), one 1x-16x riser (6 pin on card > Sata on PSU) with one 1050TI and the hard disk

Result: 3 cards detected (RX580 and 1 1050TI)
Mining: RX 580 => Was OK  1050Ti: both detected BUT always error while mining and loose of hash (with one card i'm at 14MHZ on ether and with two i'm at 11.500 MHZ each)

WATCHDOG: GPU error, you need to restart miner Sad
Restarting OK, exit...

can you help to make everything working?
Do you think it's a power issue?
Riser are all working as i tested each separately with the 1050 TI

Thanks for reading and for help

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

When adding new cards especially if you mix (nvida and amd) uninstall the drivers with DDU, and then reinstall the drivers. I'd also add each card in turn so you can work out if you have a bad riser or card. Also if you can test with 1 PSU to rule that out

all cards are functionning because i was using them previously on my computer.
i bought a RX 570 to replace the two R9 280x and then wanted to add the two R9 280 to my mining computer
all riser are working also tested each one by one

only both card not working together (ok for the 580 1050ti detected but crash every 5 min, and R9 280x not detected at all)

no connect riser with molex or 6pin directly

don't have free 6 pin connector.
need to add one more alimentation to do that

riser was received with usb cable to link the pci slot to the card and 6 pin connector linked on the riser and output sata
see this ling they are the one i bought:

I had a similar problem adding a 4th card. I was using windows, then tried linux...i'm going to reinstall windows and try starting fresh.

I should try one card at a time, right?

should i first install and boot windows without any gpus connected, or with 1?

and can i just install the drivers with card and then add them one by one after testing, or do i need to wait until all four are in before installing the drivers?
