Individual hand forged cut throat razors - custom made to your size

I am currently having one of these custom made for myself and thought there may be some interest on here.

Each razor is individually hand forged from 01 steel and takes approx 4-5 days to create from start to finish with real carbon fiber scales.

They are made by a master craftsman here in the UK and can be made to whatever blade size you prefer from 5/8 right up to a massive 10/8 monster.

Looked after correctly this razor will last for generations passed from father to son.

Please note the pics below are the first one ever created and has faux carbon scales, the new ones will have real carbon fiber scales.

These razors aren't cheap which is to be expected as each one is individually hand forged by a master craftsman but they will last a lifetime(s) if looked after.

Forgive me for being a novice re: cut throats but is the blade size the length of the blade?

And a silly question but are these safe for someone who has never used one in 20 years of shaving?

Hi, the price includes shipping.

The quoted sizes 5/8 up to 10/8 are the width of the blade.

Straight razors are surprisingly easy to use with loads of guides online and vids on YouTube.

Ive only been using one around 9 months and its 2nd nature now, turns shaving from to chore in to something you look forward too

Yeah, watch some YouTube vids and give it a shot.

If I could afford one I would use it as my "daily driver" forever, they are beautiful!

I have a handful of blades, usually use my Dovo Full Hollow.

Once you go straight you never go back, shaving is one of my favorite parts of the day now, more like a hobby than a chore.  Plus the "5 oclock shadow" turns into a 2am shadow or more, such a close comfortable shave.
