I have Ati 6900 and have 240 Mh SHA, when i try mining scrypt i have 17 kH?
Earlier (i reinstalled system) i was mining 270 kH.
What is wrong?

Try halving your --thread-concurrency and see if that works.
I get that issue on my 7850's if I put 8192 sometimes, but changing it to 4096 will usually fix it.

Earlier all work good (on cgminer, and scrypt guiminer), but when i reinstalled system it not work, maybe it ATI SDK or other driver, what driver best for scrypt mining on ATI HD 6900, Core 750 Mhz, Memory 1200 MHz, 2048 MB?

I think it cos your video card isn't getting enough power to do scrypt hashing. You can try MSI Afterburner to force voltage. Be careful though, use at your own risk etc.
