In an emerging crypto industry, Blockchain is the technology which is behind cryptocurrencies. To bridge up the skills gap, the Australian University, RMIT is offering a course on Blockchain for eight weeks.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

This is a very good example for other educational institutions. I believe the understanding of blockchain technology is useful not only if you have your bitcoins, but for general development, since this technology has great prospects.
